تُعالَج بياناتك لصالح الاتحاد الرياضي الذي تتبعه وجهة الإشراف عليه (جهة التحكم)، ويشغّل مزوّد الخدمة النظام نيابةً عنهما (جهة معالجة) وفق اتفاقية مكتوبة، ولا يستخدم البيانات لأي غرض آخر.

لا يجمع النظام رقم الهوية الوطنية ولا أي بيانات حساسة غير لازمة.
لك الحق في العلم بكيفية معالجة بياناتك، والوصول إليها والحصول على نسخة منها، وطلب تصحيحها أو تحديثها، وطلب إتلافها متى انتفت الحاجة إليها (مع مراعاة السجلات المالية التي يلزم النظام الاحتفاظ بها — وعندها تُخفى هويتك فيها)، وتقديم شكوى إلى الجهة المختصة.
التحقق بعاملين عند كل دخول، وحفظ كلمات المرور ورموز الاعتماد ببصمات غير قابلة للعكس (bcrypt)، وقفل الحساب عند تكرار المحاولات الخاطئة، وإنهاء الجلسة تلقائيًا بعد 15 دقيقة من عدم النشاط، وعزل بيانات كل اتحاد، وفحص المرفقات من البرمجيات الضارة، وسجل تدقيق لكل العمليات الحسّاسة.

Your data is processed on behalf of your sports federation and its supervising body (controllers). The service provider operates the system on their behalf (processor) under a written agreement and uses the data for no other purpose.
Account data (name, username, email, mobile, nationality, job title, user type, federation, language); financial and administrative records (custodies, expenses, transfers, trips, delegations, tickets, cost centers, attachments, approval decisions and reasons); optional expense location; security and audit data (IP address, sign-in times and attempts, actions performed); support conversations and screenshots you attach. The national ID number is not collected.
Managing and approving custodies, delegations and travel tickets; verifying identity and protecting accounts (email verification code, personal approval PIN); audit logging and security monitoring as required by NCA controls; sending notifications and approval requests by email.
The database and attachments are hosted inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (sccc by stc — Riyadh region), encrypted in transit and at rest. Data is never sold or used for marketing. System emails pass through an email service provider; migration to an in-Kingdom provider is in progress. The AI support assistant (only when enabled) sends your question, name, user type and job title to an AI provider that may be outside the Kingdom — no financial data is sent, and you may use human support instead.
Financial and administrative records are kept for the life of the system and as required by applicable financial regulations. Audit logs are kept for at least 12 months and cannot be altered or deleted from within the system. When the system is retired, all data (database, attachments, backups) is securely destroyed on the organization's formal request and the destruction is documented.
You may be informed about processing, access and obtain a copy of your data, request correction, request destruction when no longer needed (records that must be retained are anonymized instead), and file a complaint with the competent authority.
